Refund, Cancellation Policy and Warranty Terms
Due to the digital nature of the products sold on clash-markets.com, all sales are considered final upon delivery. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.
Lifetime Warranty
Every account sold on clash-markets.com is covered by our Lifetime Warranty. This means that if the original account owner ever attempts to recover the account after your purchase, we will replace the account or issue a full refund — at no additional cost to you, regardless of how much time has passed since your purchase.
The Lifetime Warranty remains valid as long as you follow the account security conditions below. Failure to follow these conditions voids the warranty for that account.
Warranty Conditions — Required to Maintain Coverage
- Do not contact Supercell support regarding this account. Submitting support tickets or communicating with Supercell about the account history may trigger an ownership review and puts the account at risk. If you have an in-game issue, contact our support team first.
- Do not share account credentials with anyone. Sharing your login details or allowing others to access the account voids the warranty, as we cannot verify how the account was used or compromised.
- Secure the account immediately upon receipt. Link the account to your own Supercell ID and, where applicable, update the associated email address to one you fully control. This is the single most important step for your security. Our support team will guide you through this process.
- Do not attempt to recover the account using the previous owner’s credentials. Any recovery attempt using the original email or Supercell ID constitutes misuse and voids the warranty.
Refund Policy
clash-markets.com operates a strict no-refund policy once an account, product, service, or in-game currency has been delivered. A refund may only be requested before delivery has taken place. Once delivery is confirmed, the sale is considered complete.
Conditions Under Which a Refund May Be Issued
- Product not received: If you have paid for a product and delivery has not occurred, you may request a cancellation and full refund before delivery is initiated.
- Duplicate payment: If you accidentally made more than one payment for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge, provided the order has not already been delivered under both payments.
- Underpayment: If the amount received is less than the order total, you will be given the opportunity to pay the balance. If you do not respond or decline within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and the amount received will be refunded in full.
- Login issue on our side: If the account credentials we provide are incorrect or the account cannot be accessed due to an error on our part, we will resolve the issue immediately or issue a full refund.
- Account unavailable: If the account you purchased is no longer available at the time of delivery for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a replacement account of equal or greater value, or a full refund.
Conditions Under Which a Refund Will Not Be Issued
- Completed delivery: Once account credentials have been delivered and confirmed as working, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- Change of mind: Accidental purchases, purchases made by a family member, or buyer’s remorse do not qualify for a refund.
- Warranty void situations: If the account issue arose as a result of the buyer violating the Warranty Conditions listed above (e.g. sharing credentials, contacting Supercell support), no refund will be issued.
- In-game bans due to buyer’s actions: If the account is penalised or banned by the game developer due to actions taken by the buyer after delivery, this is not covered by our refund policy.
- Unpaid orders: Refund requests cannot be submitted for orders that have not been paid.
- Exchanges and trade-ins: We do not offer account exchanges or trade-ins under any circumstances.
Original Owner Recovery — Covered by Lifetime Warranty
If the original account owner successfully recovers the account after your purchase, this situation is fully covered under our Lifetime Warranty — provided you have followed the warranty conditions above. Contact our support team immediately and we will provide a replacement account or a full refund. This protection has no expiry date.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the conditions listed above, contact our support team with your order details and the reason for your request. All refund requests are reviewed within 1 business day.
If approved, refunds are processed within 3 working days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
