Refund and Returns Policy

Refund, Cancellation Policy and Warranty Terms:

Due to the nature of the products sold on clash-markets.com websites, we enact an easy refund policy. Once any product, service, or currency is delivered, the sale is considered completed and is not eligible for refund.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

All our products have a lifetime warranty if you take the safety precautions I teach you.

  1. Don’t send messages to support and game support for any reason.
  2. Don’t share your village with other people
  3. Not changing the Gmail connected to the game account.

Refund Policy Details:

Clash markets allow customers to request refunds for products under reasonable conditions.
We may issue refunds under the following conditions:
1. Products not received: Customers can notify us of their refund before receiving the product, But after receiving the product, we do not accept refunds.
2. Repeat payment: The customer made repeated payment to one order. In this case, we can respect the customer’s willingness to give a refund. We will refund one of the payments, or multiple payments (The premise is that the order is not delivered).
3. When your payment amount is less than the order amount, you will have the opportunity to make up the balance. If you refuse it or do not respond within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
4. There is no obligation for clash-markets.com to issue a refund in the case that a product was purchased by accident, purchased by a family member, or if any sort of buyer’s remorse sets in.
5. A refund may be requested BEFORE the  product, service, or currency is delivered. Once delivery has occurred, a refund is no longer an option.
6. In accordance to our refund policy, we do not offer exchanges or trade-ins.
7. If the product you purchased is not available or the login information is in trouble, it is as if we have forgotten the password.
8. The Product we gave you has a problem that you can not log in.

But when we send the Products information and everything is fine and the Products has no issue, we can never refund and get the Product back. This is because of the security of the Products, so be careful in your purchase and selection.

In the following cases, We can not refund to customers:

1. Completed delivery: the products have been delivered to the customer as agreed and consistent with the description
2. Unpaid Order: The customer is not allowed to apply for a refund for the unpaid order.
3. For any reason other than the reasons listed above in “We may issue refund under the following conditions”

About the refund, please contact our 24/7 online customer service under reasonable conditions. Your refund request will be verified after you submit and the reason for the refund. If the request is approved, The refund will be returned to the customer product or bank card.

Refund processing time: We will process the refund request in 3 working days,but the exact time of refund is determined by the processing speed of the different banks.

Damage to the product

All Products are confirmed to be original and healthy and are sent to the customer completely safe. Any damage to the product from the customer is the responsibility of the buyer, and we do not accept any guarantee for damage. Unless the owner of the former seizes the Products, then the buyer can request a refund.
